Does it work with one queue per mechanic?
Yes. Create a queue per mechanic or per service center (alignment, brakes, electrical). The client is routed accordingly and the TV display shows each queue independently. Good for shops with multiple bays.
What about the quote-ready alert?
You can use a custom flow: "diagnosing" → "quote ready" → "in service" → "ready for pickup". On each transition, the client gets a WhatsApp message with the current step.
What about when the client comes back to pick up the car?
Mark as "ready for pickup" and the client gets the alert. When they arrive, pickup is planned. No reception crowded with people asking if it's done.
Who operates this day-to-day?
Reception or the manager. Five-minute training: mark the status on the panel at each step and the system fires WhatsApp automatically. The mechanic doesn't even open the system.
