Does the customer need to download an app?
No! The customer simply scans the QR code with their phone camera, enters their name and WhatsApp, and that's it. Works on any smartphone.
How do WhatsApp notifications work?
When a customer joins the queue, they receive a confirmation message with their position. When they're close to being next, they get a heads-up. And when called, they receive the final notification. All automatic.
Do I need special equipment?
No. All you need is a phone or computer with internet. The QR code can be printed on any printer. For the TV display, just a monitor with a browser.
Does it work for first-come-first-served queues?
Yes! Lyne works for any business that serves on a first-come-first-served (FIFO) basis. The customer scans the QR on arrival and the queue is managed digitally.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 100 visits per month, no credit card, no expiry. The counter resets on day 1. To serve more, upgrade to Solo (R$97) or Multi (R$197).
How does payment work?
