The alternative to paper ticket systems that needs no printer
Customer points their phone at the QR, joins the queue and gets a numbered ticket just like the paper one. Waits anywhere, gets a WhatsApp ping. The TV display calls the number on any screen. No hardware on the wall, no thermal roll, no maintenance.
Free up to 100 check-ins per month.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it really work with no physical dispenser or LED display?
Yes. The QR code prints on any printer (an A4 PDF is generated for you) — tape it to the wall. The calling panel runs in any TV with a browser — Smart TV, monitor + Chromecast, or a laptop hooked to the TV. No proprietary hardware required.
Does it replace the ticket system in any kind of business?
Yes. The model works in medical clinics, dental, aesthetics, labs, notary offices, public service desks, banks, repair shops — any front desk with first-come-first-served queues. Complies with Brazilian Law 10.048 (priority) and LGPD.
No paper at all? And if the internet goes down?
No paper. If the site's internet drops, the panel saves the queue locally and syncs when it comes back. In genuinely critical cases (30+ min without network), kiosk mode on a tablet lets customers take a ticket offline — traditional dispensers don't work without power either, so Lyne handles equivalent or better scenarios.
How do I migrate from the old dispenser to the digital queue?
5 minutes. Register the location, set up the default queue (Main, or split by service), generate the QR and paste it where the dispenser used to be. Staff already had a phone or desktop — they call the next number from the operator panel. No installation, no technician, no cabling, no long training.
