I only work by appointment — why do I need a digital queue?

Does each nail tech have her own queue?
Yes. In the QR, the client picks the professional or joins the general queue. Each technician sees only her own clients on her phone. End of month, you get per-person reports: services done, average time, ratings.
Does it work alongside Trinks, Belezunda or other booking apps?
Yes. Lyne handles only the queue — it doesn't replace your booking. Booked clients stay on the booking app; walk-ins join via the Lyne queue. Both coexist without conflict.
